Description: OQ-Analyst is a web-based software system that is used to administer electronic mental health outcome measures, questionnaires, and satisfaction surveys. This technology`s questionnaires are designed to track change during patient treatment and provide algorithms for detecting negative outcomes prior to treatment failure. OQ-Analyst`s questionnaires utilize change metrics to define standards for clinically significant change achieved during mental health treatment (i.e., classifying patient change as recovered, improved, no change, or deterioration). Additionally, this technology can integrate with any Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

The OQ-Analyst software is designed to run in a network environment to allow access from multiple computers. This software should be installed on a central server computer, and employees can access the application from any computer on the local network through the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser.

This technology stores data in a Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server Database.
