Description: Short Cut to Field Level Users (for State Veterans Home Program) is a software application installed on client desktops used by Medical Center Representatives to help with the survey process of inspecting facilities that house retired and disabled United States military veterans and their spouses. This application is a locally-installed program used to enter and upload all survey ratings, findings, and recommendations for each specific State Veterans Home (SVH) survey per Federal regulation.

During installation, users have the option to install a local copy of a Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server Express database. However, the installation only puts into place a subset of the Microsoft SQL Server Express database, specifically doing a Microsoft SQL Server Express LocalDB install.
