Description: JMP Software is data visualization and statistical analysis software typically used for Six Sigma, quality control and engineering, design of experiments, and scientific research. Statistical features include basic statistics including descriptive statistics, confidence intervals, chi-square, one- and two-sample t-tests, paired t-tests, correlation, and covariance, as well as regression analysis, analysis of variance, reliability analysis, multivariate analysis, statistical modeling, time, and series forecasting. Custom scripts can integrate capabilities from other applications.

There are several extended editions of JMP in addition to the standard edition: Pro, Clinical, Genomics, and Graph Builder (iOS). This entry specifically covers the JMP and JMP Pro editions.

This product can store files and records in a Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server database or any other Unicode-compliant database via Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) drivers, and query a source database to retrieve data.
