Description: Life Table Analysis System is software used to analyze groups of people, cohorts, who are tracked over time to determine if disease incidence or mortality is higher than expected among the cohort members. This software compares group members to either a reference population or internally in order to compare higher exposed people to lower exposed people. In life table analyses, time and events are grouped into strata; standardized event rates are calculated among the strata to produce a standardized event ratio, compared to either a general population or to a group within the cohort. The standardization variables include age, sex, race, and calendar year.

Life Table Analysis System utilizes a Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server to store data, query databases, and generate reports.
