Description: Spring Web Flow is a platform for building web applications with guided navigation. This technology defines flow definitions that consist of states, transitions, and data which act as steps in navigating the web flow. Each state typically results in a view being displayed to the user, within which user events occur. Spring Web Flow provides a declarative flow definition language for authoring flows on a higher level of abstraction and allows flows to be integrated into a wide range of applications without any changes to the flow programming model. This language may be integrated into applications such as Spring Model-View-Controller (MVC), Java ServerFaces (JSF), and Portlet web applications.

This technology does not utilize a database, as data is saved to the user`s local drive.
