Description: Test of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.) is an objective, neurophysiological continuous performance test (CPT) that measures the key components of attention and inhibitory control. The T.O.V.A. is used by qualified healthcare professionals in the assessment of attention deficits, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), in children and adults. This software is a `computer game` that measures a user`s response to either visual or auditory stimuli. These measurements are then compared to the measurements of a group of people without attention disorders who also took the T.O.V.A.

This technology utilizes an Oracle Database for the local storage of subjects and sessions on the user`s personal computer (PC). Patient information is entered into the T.O.V.A. software, where it is then stored locally in the Oracle database. Test data is also stored in this database after test administration.
