Description: PictZar Pro is a Planimetry software program that is used to make measurements on digital medical photographs. This technology is able to measure wounds and other lesions on the skin by using length, area, circumference, and color types, which are used to designate tissue type and track wound changes by tissue type. Once data is entered directly on an image and saved to a user`s hard drive, the images can be printed, exported to Portable Document Format (PDF), or sent to a Microsoft Access database for compiling data on a wound or lesion.

Data collected by this software is stored on a Microsoft Access database, where the database uses password protection and includes data encryption. This software stores patient demographics as entered by the clinician.
