Description: Microsoft Power Automate Desktop helps users create automated workflows between their favorite apps and services to synchronize files, receive notifications, collect data, and more. Several capabilities of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop include:
  1. Automating business processes
  2. Sending automatic reminders for past due tasks
  3. Moving business data between systems on a schedule
  4. Connecting to more than 500 data sources or any publicly available API
  5. Automating tasks on a user`s local computer like computing data in Excel.
Power Automate Desktop broadens the existing robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities in Power Automate. As part of desktop flows, users can automate all repetitive desktop processes using pre-built drag-and-drop actions or buying recording their own desktop flows to run later.

Note: This evaluation does not cover the browser extension for Power Automate. If this utility is desired, a separate TRM request will need to be submitted.
