Description: The Sirona Connect Software is a dental software that works in conjunction with the CEREC Omnicam hardware equipment to construct and produce three-dimensional (3D) digital impressions of patients` crown copings, bridge frameworks, and bridges. In addition, this software can connect to the Sirona Connect and the Atlantis Implant System Web Order web-based portals, providing a direct communication between dental practices, their laboratories, and third-party vendors.

The vendor has explained that the Cerec 5.1.1 is the same as the Sirona Connect Software.

This software uses its own proprietary file format (*.con) to export a case. This format contains all of the case data including patient information. A different file format may be used (*.dxd) to send data via the Sirona Connect portal. These files can be exported to the user`s local drive or personal computer (PC).
