Description: Document Storage Systems (DSS) Face2Face Manager is a care management system that integrates with Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) and Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). This technology is used to capture and update a patient`s vitals, provides the user the ability to triage a patient based upon symptoms or chronic conditions, gives access to patient information, and creates a Text Integration Utility (TIU) Note in CPRS. Point of Care Triage (POCT) is part of Face2Face Manager and is called from within Face2Face Manager to execute the triage portion. The triage is performed as a general triage (no patient identifiers are used, no Social Security Number (SSN), and no Patient names). The test of the resulting triage is passed back to Face2Face Manager.

This technology does not utilize a database to store data.

Please note that there is no specific product page for this technology and thus the vendor`s webpage for federal health solutions is used in its place.

Face2Face Manager is a Com Object that is launched directly from within CPRS. The application translates data into a formatted note, which is imported into the patient`s electronic medical record (EMR).
