Everbridge is a SaaS communication platform that allows users to send and receive secure text messages on their privately-owned (non GFE) mobile phone. This platform runs on FedRamp cloud space and has been approved for a pilot in VHA.

Use case

Everbridge can be used as an in-house communication mechanism for Medical Centers (especially those with university partners), clinicians and staff can send messages to each other in a quick and easy manor that is flexible for wherever they are. The information may or may not have PHI and PII. This will allow physicians working in medical centers to communicate quickly, efficiently and securely with university partners.
