Environmental Management Services (EMS) Organizations can quickly inspect the facility and identify deficiencies that need to be addressed in a timely manner. Streamlining this process will be important, as VAMCs see an increased patient load due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Use case
The Salesforce EMS Quality Assurance (QA) Inspections Module can be used by VAMC's and VISN's across the country. EMS Organizations are able to conduct regular hospital inspections to ensure compliance of the complex array of policy and cleanliness requirements set forth by VHA. Deficiencies are quickly captured, tracked and addressed through the use of this module, improving the overall operational safety of the facility.
