Product description

Qgenda provides a mobile and web application to enable clinicians and support staff to administer, quickly generate, and update on-call schedules, vacation shift coverage, unplanned shift changes, and to confirm all clinical operations are adequately staffed. Automating the management of resources and scheduling of operating room clinical staff can result in increased resources devoted to Veteran care.

Use case

Veterans Health Administration (VHA) clinical staff use Qgenda to quickly generate and update on-call schedules, vacation shift coverage, and shift changes when there are changes in employees' situations. It will also provide real-time statistical data needed to manage staff resources (i.e., Radiology, Pathology, labs, Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, etc.). This software ensures clinical staff and technician availability is up-to-date to improve shift coverage and patient care.
