We needed to embrace change and adopt “ in the best interest of the Veteran” as more than just an email signature.
In 2017, we took a hard look at improving our core processes: from our help desk support to financial management, from providing laptops to employees to consolidating data centers, and from decreasing our physical building footprint to expanding our cloud footprint.
We want Veterans and their families to choose VA not because they have no other choice, but because we are the best at what we do.
