IT Related Job Series

Like all other federal jobs, positions are classified by job series. Within our sphere of influence, there are a few that are the most common —2210, 0340, and 0343. Below is a list of these and other series associated with the Office of Information and Technology. In some series, like 0671 or 1601, these are not often directly related. Some positions may require additional training or certification to apply.

This is the predominant series within the Office of Information and Technology and includes everything from desktop support to enterprise networking to application management to cybersecurity.
