Description: WhiteRabbit is an open source technology application that can be used to analyze the structure and contents of a database in preparation for designing an Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) procedure. This technology helps prepare for the ETL of longitudinal healthcare databases into the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM). This technology supports source data in Comma-Separated Values (CSV) Format, or from data held in a database such as Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server Database, PostgreSQL, Oracle database, and Microsoft Access.

The Common Data Model can be hosted using a Microsoft SQL Server database, Oracle Database, or PostgreSQL database. Additionally, WhiteRabbit uses Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) to connect to the respective databases.
