Description: Agnes Interactive is a web-based telemedicine software. This software enables remote clinical healthcare providers to capture and share medical device data, exchange documents and medical images in real-time, and participate in live video conferences.

While this technology has the potential to collect, store, and transmit Personally Identifiable Information (PII)/Personal Health Information (PHI), the storage is ephemeral, only lasting the duration of the Agnes session. After the session ends, all PII/PHI is purged from the system. However, information received during sessions can be downloaded to the local computer. Additionally, if this technology is integrated with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), documents can be saved into the EMR. Data in transmission is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) and Hypertext Transport Protocol Secure (HTTPS) standards.

AGNES Interactive software is located on the local Personal Computer (PC) at the clinic. Remote users connect to the software using a web browser. This technology uses SQLite for user administration and optional device statistic recording.
