Description: International Business Machines (IBM) Decision Center, previously part of IBM JRules, IBM ILOG JRules and IBM Operational Decision Management, provides an integrated repository and management capability to enable line-of-business analysts and administrators to define business rules and business rule event-based decision logic. Rules are created using natural language syntax in the rule editors provided in the Decision Center consoles. The editors validate that rules use the correct business vocabulary and comply with proper business rule syntax. Additionally, Decision Center provides a framework for business rule change management and governance based on releases and release change management.

Decision Center is under the umbrella of IBM`s Operational Decision Manager.
