Description: RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) Microsoft Word 365 Add-In allows users to utilize their RefWorks accounts while writing research papers that require references by inserting them and automatically formatting them to create a list of references at the end of the paper. This technology saves time and helps to ensure proper documentation of research so that the premise of research papers can be verified and/or duplicated.

In order to use this feature, a user must have an established RefWorks account.

The technology can run on-premises, in the cloud, or as a hybrid solution.

The TRM decisions in this entry only apply to technologies and versions owned, operated, managed, patched, and version-controlled by VA. This includes technologies deployed as software installations on VMs within VA-controlled cloud environments (e.g., VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC)).
