The TRM Reports section provides various reports of TRM information. Each report can identify all entries or can be filtered to limit the information to a specific Line of Business Segment (Health or Benefits). The current reports are:

Vendor

This report provides a list of vendors and the number of technologies associated with the vendor.

Field Name	Description
Vendor Name	The name of the vendor. The name is also a hyperlink to the vendor website, where applicable.
Technology Count	The number of technologies/standards that are associated with the vendor

Operating System

This report provides a list of approved Technologies that are associated with VA approved Operating Systems.

Field Name	Description
Operating System	The name of the approved operating system.
Technology Name	The name of the approved technology.

Technology Licensing

This report provides a list of the contact information for approved Technologies that are licensed within the VA.

Field Name	Description
Technology Name	The name of the approved technology.
License Usage Environment	The environments that are applicable to the license usage agreement.
License Usage Agreement Name	The name of the license usage agreement. The name is also a hyperlink to the vendors license usage agreement.
VA License Contact Environment	The environments that are applicable to the VA license.
Responsible VA Organization	The VA organization that manages the licenses for the technology.
Contact Information	The URL or email address of the Responsible VA Organization.
